- Scholarships will be divided among the Winners of each Class Group, Rank 1st – 10th in form of “21st Century Skill Course” only. Bloom doesn’t promise to pay for the Scholarship in any other form i.e., Cash / Cheque / Demand Draft, the same can be encashed in the form of Online Course.
- Bloom’s decision on Scholarship is Final and Binding for all. It cannot be challenged anywhere in the Courts of India or Consumer Forums.
- The Contestant and their parents agree that Bloom shall not be held responsible for any loss/damage caused to the Contestant or their parent due to the usage “Bloom 21st Century Skills Scholarship” or for any decision being made by the Contestant or their parents.
- Contestant and their Parents agree that Bloom may use the Data submitted by the Contestant for it’s business.
